“ Great, convenient option in Marin for a solid bahn mi. It is located across the street from the Civic Center, and there are a couple parking spots. There are a couple of tables to eat outside, but it is mostly a grab and go spot. To place your order you have to use one of the kiosk, and then there is an automated speaker that lets you know when your food is ready. All this is a great system when it works, but when I was there, the credit card machine reader wasn't reading and so it ended up being a longer process. I've only ever had the classic barbecue pork sandwich, which is pretty standard and delicious. My husband has also tried a lot of vermicelli bowls, which he also enjoys. Still pretty hard to pay more than $10 for a bahn mi (ends up closer to $14 with tax), but sometimes convenience wins. ”

The Bulgogi Banhmi and their Calamansi drink with boba Food: 5/5 I asked for extra pickled veggies and veggies in my sandwich and they added a very generous amount. The pickled veggies had the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and crunchiness. Good portions of meat and veggies. I don't like my drinks too sweet so I got 50% sugar and it was perfect! The right amount of sour and sweet with a hint of floralness. The boba were a tad under cooked but still had a nice bouncy chew. Highly recommend the Bulgolgi Banhmi great amount at a great price. Would love to try their other fruit teas next time! ”

“ Banh Mi Zon Vietnamese Gourmet in San Rafael is a hidden gem. I tried the Pho with sliced beef, and it was incredible. The noodles were perfectly soft, melting in my mouth but still holding their shape. The broth was rich and flavorful, clearly cooked with care and filled with fragrant herbs like anise and cinnamon. I've also had their Banh Mi sandwich on a previous visit, and it was equally delicious. Whether you're craving a hearty soup or a fresh sandwich, this place won't disappoint! Highly recommended. ”

“ This is my new favorite banh mi shop -their cold cut banh mi is sooo good. The baguette they use is very similar to the baguettes that I've had in Vietnam. Crispy, not super thick/hard, and doesn't scrape the roof of your mouth -the Hong Kong milk tea is a must!! -the shop is clean and I love sitting outside in their patio ”
